Qualification & Experience - (i) Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized BOARD or University ii)                                                      Possessing certificate in 'A' Grade Course in Nursing or Midwifery from a                                                      recognized Institution registered with any State Nursing Registration.

Age limit - 27 years 

pay scale - PB2 Rs.9300-34800 plus grade pay

Documents to be attached with the Application:- 

i) One self attested photo of the applicant be affixed in the Application form and 3 copies be kept 

with the application. 

ii) Documents in support of claim of SC/ST/OBC/PH/ESM category in the prescribed format issued 

by the competent authority. 

iii) Attested copies of the certificates are to be enclosed with the application as Proof of Caste, Age, 

Educational Qualifications and Experience etc. 

iv) Attested copies of any other documents in support of information given in the Application. 

v) Two self addressed stamped envelope should be accompanied with the application 

vi) If the applicant does not submit all the documents in support of information given in the 

Application form, the candidature of the applicant shall be rejected summarily at any stage of the 

recruitment process. 

vii) Applicants must submit Mark-sheets and certificates in support of essential educational 

qualifications and Age-proof from a recognized University/Institution/Board otherwise their 

candidature shall be liable to be rejected summarily or at any stage of the recruitment process.
