2. Public Health Nurse - 78 posts, Educational Qualification - GNM with certificate in Public Health Nursing  / BSc Nursing, Scale of Pay - Rs. 9300 - 34800 + Grade Pay of Rs. 4300
3. Pediatric  Nurse - 34 posts, educational Qualification - GNM with certificate in Paediatric Nursing  / BSc Nursing, Scale of Pay - Rs. 9300 - 34800 + Grade Pay of Rs. 4300
4. Psychiatric Nurse - 61 posts, Educational Qualification - GNM with certificate in Psychiatric Nursing  / BSc Nursing, Scale of Pay - Rs. 9300 - 34800 + Grade Pay of Rs. 4300

Upper Age Limit - 40 years
Fee Payable - Rs. 500 (Rs. 400 for Reserved) should be paid through system generated Challan
