REQUIREMENTS:

1.Senior Staff Nurse/Staff Nurse
Responsibilities
* Provide direct care to patients and maintain accurate records
* Uphold professional standards through continuing education and development
* Perform patient and family education
* Participate in coach of junior nursing staff
Requirements
* Bachelor degree or Diploma in Nursing
* At least 3 years of clinical experience or relevant post basic Nursing Certificate or Advance Diploma
* Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board(can be certified after for foreigners)

2. Assistant Director of Nursing
Responsibilities
* Providing nursing leadership in effective delivery of clinical care
* Engage in systems level thinking and application
* Lead nursing initiatives in collaboration with nursing team and other stakeholders
* plan and develop professional growth of nurses
Requirements
* Bachelor degree in Nursing with post basic Nursing Certificate or Advance Diploma
* At least 4 years of experience in management and leadership in healthcare setting
* Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board(can be certified after for foreigners)
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

3. Nurse Manager/Clinician
Responsibilities
* Provide leadership, management, staff development and resource management in daily operations
* Account for high standards of patient care and clinical risk management
Requirements
* Bachelor degree in Nursing with post basic Nursing Certificate or Advance Diploma
* At least 2 years of clinical experience as Nurse Manager or Clinical in acute care hospital
* Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board(can be certified after for foreigners)
