The below are the positions required for Nurses :
1. Senior Charge Nurse -
- BSc / equivalent qualification of min. 3 years study duration from accredited program.
- At least 6 Yrs of clinical experience in the relevant area post qualification
- Min. 2 years of experience as Sr. Charge Nurse/ 3 years as Charge Nurse
- BLS
- HAAD/ DHA Licd.

2. Nursing Supervisor
- BSc / equivalent qualification of min. 3 years study duration from accredited program.
- At least 6 Yrs of clinical experience in the relevant area post qualification
- Min. 2 years of experience as Sr. Charge Nurse/ 3 years as Charge Nurse
- BLS
- HAAD/ DHA Licd.

3. Clinical Resource Nurse
- BSc / equivalent qualification of min. 3 years study duration from accredited program.
- At least 6 Yrs of clinical experience in the relevant area post qualification
- HAAD/ DHA Licd.
- Positive written references which must identify specific responsibilities as a clinical resource nurse.
- AND 1 year as an academic educator.
- BLS
- HAAD/ DHA Licd.


4. Charge Midwives
- BSc / equivalent qualification of min. 3 years study duration from accredited program.
Plus, Midwifery Certificate (NLT 1 year syllabus) from a recognized nursing program
- BLS
- NLT 4 years' experience in midwifery post certificate/midwife registration, (inclusive of NLT 1 year labor delivery experience), in maternity hospital or appropriate setting, from that NLT 2 years of experience as a charge Midwife
- HAAD/ DHA Licd.

5. Charge Nurses Out Patient / In Patient
- Bachelor degree in nursing or equivalent qualification of NLT 3 years study duration from an accredited program
- BLS
- Min. 4 Years of clinical experience post qualification
- AND Min. 2 Years of experience as a charge Nurse in a Particular Unit.
- HAAD/ DHA Licd.


6. Registered/ Staff Midwives
- Bachelor of Science degree in nursing, or
equivalent of NLT 3 years study duration from an accredited program, plus midwifery Certificate (NLT 1 year syllabus)
- Min. 2 Years of experience as a midwife in a Maternity Hospital or in an appropriate settings.
- BLS
- HAAD/ DHA Licd.
