We are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join the Medical and Employee Wellbeing function at Officer Level. As a Nurse you will add immediate value by providing medical support for doctors to conduct patient biometrics measurements, looking after record management and acting as the patient's first point of contact.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES
- Provide nursing support to doctors during all medical examinations to support correct operations execution.
- Perform a wide variety of nursing activities (e.g. Taking vital signs, eye test, ECG, audiogram tympanometry, spirometry, height and weight, BMI, etc) to ensure examinations execution according to best practices and legal requirements.
- Follow up medical evaluations to secure medical fitness clearance and/or medical license.
- Prepare and maintain patient medical records as per EAMC, GCAA, ICAO and HAAD regulations to ensure continuous legal and regulatory compliance.
- Control flight and cabin crew medical examination records completeness (e.g. vaccination profile, sickness reports and alcohol and drugs check records),to fulfil requirements for medical licensing as per GCAA and ICAO.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Policies and Procedures - Follow all relevant policies, processes and procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manne.
- Day-to-Day Operations - Supervise standard and complex day-to-day operations to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and in compliance with established standards and procedure.
- Safety, Quality & Environment - Comply with all relevant safety, security, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Bachelor Degree or a diploma (3 years) or equivalent qualification providing nursing certification.
- Minimum of 2 years work experience within the Nursing field.
- Valid current national license. Valid HAAD/MoH license (preferred).Valid First Aid qualification, CPR/BLS certificate (preferred)
- Knowledge of aero medical procedures and policies as per GCAA and HAAD regulations.
- Fluency in English.
- Arabic language is preferred.
- Operation of medical equipment such as audiometer, ECG machine, optic testers, spyrometer, electronic vital signs machines, tympanometer etc.
