(1) Indian Citizen. (2) General Nursing and Midwifery course passed from any Nursing Training School recognized by both Indian Nursing Council and respective State Nursing Council. (3) Registration as Female/Male Nurse Midwifery from West Bengal Nursing Council (4) Knowledge of Bengali/ Nepali – Spoken and written
